As with most P2E's, there's a wide range of roles and market participants involved. Below we have summarized th
Players
Motivations
Traditional players who play for fun and usually spend more than they earn in the game.
Play-to-Earn players who want to profit or earn a living from playing the game.
Creators who build new content either in-game (designs, challenges, etc.) or externally (streaming, YouTube, podcasts, etc.)
What we can provide
Traditional players will be provided with a variety of ways to play the game. They can train in the Snow Park to master tricks, battle others in PvE/PvP mode or participate in big events playing and socializing with the community.
Players seeking to earn can sell, stake or lend their Rider for money, or they can sell their in-game earned SKILL on a decentralized exchange.
Creators have the opportunity to design their own tricks, join and organize in-game events (which they can advertise and hype up to earn from entrance fees) or create new Gear items or environments.
Investors
Motivations
Expect an increase in their investment, either long-term (by simply believing in our project, or by wishing to have a say in where the project is headed) or short-term (so-called NFT "Flippers", which buy a digital asset just to re-sell it for a higher price).
May or may not play the game themselves, resulting in different kind of investment characters (playing to level-up NFTs which can then be sold, or invest directly into game assets like tokens, land, etc.)
Also manager characters, which buy assets to lend them out to others and generate income this way (think of scholarships, like for example in Axie Infinity).
What we can provide
Long-term investors who want to see the project happen and/or have a say in where it's going can either directly invest in properties like land, slopes and lifts, decide on their own fees and rewards, and earn money over the long-term from players, or they can buy our governance token POW and decide on the project's future.
Investors playing the game themselves can - like P2E players - play to level-up their Riders and then stake, sell or lend them. They can also become an event manager and profit from entrance fees, invest in metaverse properties and earn from other players, etc.
For manager characters our integrated lending marketplace makes it much easier to lend and rent Riders, unlike in a lot of other P2Es where lending is an external process.
Builders
Motivations
Want to build on the project and improve it by adding new features, tools, levels, etc. to the game.
Motivation comes either from profit/salary, recognition from the community or simply through their passion.
Some of the builders' motivations align with the creators' ones (see Players).
What we can provide
Open-source code allows builders to access our project uncomplicated.
Help-Earn-Win website section (coming soon) will allow builders to work on specific tasks and earn a pre-defined rewards in return.
The huge variety of in-game items and gameplay modes combined with lots of possible economic strategies just waits for an array of tools and features to be developed, like asset and level trackers, guides on strategies, etc.
Collectors
Motivations
Looking for rare pieces of art to collect, not primarily interested in the utility behind it.
May collect items simply because they like the art, or because they want to have some unique items in their collections for which they are willing to pay more than average. (Think of classical art collectors: there's people paying 100$ in a gallery because they like the painting of a certain artist, or there's people paying several millions for a Rembrandt or a Van Gogh.)
What we can provide
Fully 3D-designed Riders with creative backgrounds and lots of different Gear designs make our NFTs also visually attractive.
Different rarities for different Gear items combined with the Riders' stats and levels may lead collectors to hunt for the rarest, most skilled and best-looking Riders. Note that these collectors will be on the other side of those who level-up their Riders to re-sell them or those who want to flip NFTs.
