# Village Land

Every Ski Resort has a village, which is subdivided into lots of different land parcels. Each parcel can be bought to **build lucrative businesses on them, like Gyms, Ski Shops and Hotels**. The advantages of Village Land investments is that you have a lot of freedom to decide on your own price policy, as you will see in the following subsections about Gyms, Ski Shops and Hotels. The disadvantage (compared to Lifts and Slopes) is that you need to first buy land before you can start building your business on it.
